Calibrated Marketing is customer friendly; its objective is to be found by the customers when they need your product or service, not trying to find customers and pushing your product on them.
There are 4 stages of the Calibrated Marketing Process. These stages are Attract, Convert, Close and Delight.
With these ideas in mind, I’m here to help you identify what you truly want to achieve. We’ll discuss things like:
- Who do you want to attract? Who is your main audience and what do you want them to know?
- How will you convert these interested parties into new customers? Will you work with their insurance? Where does your skill set lie? Are you the only clinic in the surrounding area? Is there a trauma hospital you work with?
- Closing the loop simply means that you’ve successfully added a new client or patient to your list of those you service. Perhaps, your goal is to attract new talent to your fabrication lab. Closing would look different in this case, it would mean adding new qualified personnel.
- Delight – How fun! This is where we make things happen. Story telling, showcasing your work, your employees, whatever the need is, let’s figure out the best way to get the word out there in a manageable way.
